The four sessions map one-to-one to the four failure modes: goals you cannot tell success from, commitments made in private, decisions that do not survive the room, and outcomes nobody owns. Pick the one that matches what is actually slipping.

Sessions run 09:00-12:00 and 12:00-15:00 US Eastern, Monday to Thursday. Dates are listed in Eastern time; your browser will show the equivalent in your own timezone below once you pick one.

What a deposit is and is not
- It holds a specific date and is deducted from the session fee.
- It is refundable up to seven days before the date. After that it holds the slot.
- It is not a subscription, and nothing recurs from this page.
- No session is scheduled until the deposit clears.
